| Comment | Architectural layout drawings (plans and elevations) shall be produced for all architectural areas (living quarters, CCR, stores, workshops, etc.). The drawing scale shall normally be 1:100 on A3 format. However larger scales can be selected if required. The drawings shall include stairs, walls, doors, windows, furniture, access and escape routes and all tagged equipment. Main dimensions shall be included. Elevations of all floors and platforms etc. shall be shown. Room areas shall be included. The area shall be noted in m2 and be positioned adjacent to or directly under the room or area name. A key plan, grid lines with north and east references and match lines with drawing references shall be included. Drawings from adjacent areas shall be referenced. |
