CommentThe Safety Strategy shall outline the design principles for layout, configuration, arrangement and the selection and role of safety barriers to be implemented to manage risk. The strategy shall include the Fire and Explosion Strategy (FES), the Emergency, Evacuation and Rescue Strategy (EER), the ESD philosophy, F&G detection philosophy and other high-level design and operational aspects related to safety barriers.
