- As-built Users Guide;

These calculations shall apply for the components and field joints and take into consideration all the necessary properties including application and installation.
- Detailed information about properties of the coating and coating system qualification.
- All materials data, test certificates and product data sheets (PDS).
- Detailed coating procedure, as a minimum including the information listed in the APS.
- Detailed field jointing procedure.
- Detailed repair procedure.
- Detailed procedures for handling and storage of line-pipe.
- Detailed Quality plans / Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). All witness and hold points shall be identified.
- Test records and results.
- Inspection reports and records.
- Repair and recoating records.
- All relevant coating application variables.
- The personnel qualification record shall constitute proof that the personnel designated to carry out the work are properly qualified to do so.
